Dan Walker became the 13th recipient of the Bernard A. Hennig Award from the American Association of Philatelic Exhibitors at the March Party awards dinner. Ken Nilsestuen, AAPE president and March Party co-chairman, presented the award to Walker, citing his long years of service and sustained excellence as a stamp show judge. A chapter of the American Philatelic Society, the Garfield-Perry Stamp Club hosted hundreds of stamp collectors from across the United States during its three day run in Strongsville, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland.
